We are a group of unique food and beverage establishments created by Chef Brad Lazarenko.
Starting with the highly successful "Culina Café" in Edmonton, Lazarenko soon expanded with the opening of the adjacent "PASSATEMPO Wine Bar", and later with Carla Alexander’s downtown soup sensation, "Soul Soup".
Fall of 2006 saw the opening of the new vineyard patio restaurant "PASSATEMPO at Spirit Ridge" in Osoyoos, BC, co-owned by Brad Lazarenko and Paul Le Grange.
All our restaurants emphasize regional produce and fresh ingredients, and actively support small enterprises committed to quality products. Friendly service and cool music complement inventive menus and inspired drinks in all our establishments.
